We practice professional liability, employment, public entity, premises liability, and products liability for many cities in California, Insurance Groups, major retailers, and transportation companies. Job DetailsIs your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion:
JD or similar plus:
- 3-7+ Years of Insurance Defense Litigation experience especially in Bodily Injury , Construction Defect, and Employment
- Employment Law, General Liability, or Public Entity experience are all pluses
- Remote or Hybrid in LA, San Diego, or San Francisco
- Goal is 170 hour a month
Bonus for Exceeding: 171-200=20/hr bonus 200-230 $30/hr bonus, 230+ $40/hr
- Bonus for Business Development up to 150k is 10%, 150.001 -500k is 15% and 500k+ is 20% of net fee collected up to 500k on collected attorney fees
- Must be Active and in Good Standing with CA State Bar or NV State Bar -both is a plus!
