This position is much more than writing repair orders. You'll be the primary advocate for our customers — helping them understand their vehicle's needs while ensuring every visit exceeds expectations.

What You'll Do:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from arrival through vehicle delivery
- Build lasting relationships that create loyal, repeat customers
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and communicate them clearly to technicians
- Explain maintenance recommendations and repair options in an easy-to-understand manner
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Work closely with technicians and the parts department to ensure timely repairs
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently
- Help improve customer satisfaction scores and customer retention
- Represent the Gary Miller brand with professionalism and integrity every day
What We're Looking For:
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
- CDJR/Stellantis experience is a plus—but not required for the right person
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help people
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using dealership computer systems and technology
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check, driving record review, and pre-employment drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
