Join our Team!

As a Grill Cold Cook, you’ll prepare, cook, and serve a variety of grilled and cold food items while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and customer service.

Schedule: Full‑time, 40 hrs/week • Every other weekend & holidays • Shifts between 5:00 AM–8:30 PM

Your day may include:

  • Providing friendly, attentive service
  • Preparing fresh food for cafeteria guests and patient meal trays
  • Staying active in a fast‑paced kitchen environment (lifting 5–25 lbs)
  • Supporting operations through restocking, prep work, temperature checks, and cleaning

What You’ll Do:

  • Prep, cook, and serve menu items
  • Label, date, and complete temperature documentation
  • Deliver excellent service to guests, patients, and staff
  • Restock stations and assist with next‑day preparation
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
