Registered Nurse (RN) – Family Hospice 

Jersey Shore and surrounding areas | Full-Time

UPMC Family Hospice  is hiring Full-Time Registered Nurses (RNs) for the Jersey Shore and surrounding area

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout assigned communities
  • Develop and manage plans of care in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary partners
  • Provide patient and family education that promotes independence and recovery
  • Complete required documentation (OASIS, visit notes, orders) electronically using a provided laptop
  • Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered outcomes while maintaining regulatory standards

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
  • Active RN license (Pennsylvania or compact state eligibility)
  • CPR certification (AHA) within 30 days of hire
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and required clearances
  • Final title and compensation are based on experience, education, and career ladder placement.

    Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

     

     

  • Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse either in the state where the facility is located or in a state covered by a licensure compact agreement with the state where the facility is located OR TPP 
  • CPR is required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire
